Congratulations to the Jazz Bands for their excellent performances at the 2007 NAU Jazz Festival.  Jazz I earned a Superior rating, receiving grades of 1 from all of the judges.  Jazz II and Jazz III both received ratings of Excellent, garnering great comments from the judges.  Outstanding soloist awards were presented to Ian Baranack, Tom Casey, Tim Dufek, Jeremy Feldman, and Lindsey Hench.

Jazz Band members attended an instructional clinic and a great concert featuring New York jazz trombonist Conrad Herwig.  Band members also experienced a rare Arizona event – snow!!  Check out the pictures of Jazz band members and this unusual occurrence.
