This is the premier Jazz
ensemble in the Scottsdale School District. All students wishing to participate in the jazz ensemble
need to register for this class. Saxophones (all), trumpets, trombones,
guitar, piano, bass, and drum set are the instruments allowed in a competitive
high school ensemble. Sign up now and rehearsals will be scheduled depending
on what group you are placed after auditions. Auditions are held
at the beginning of the school year. Rehearsals take place
outside of the normal school day to allow IB and AP students to participate.
